Lunchtime nibbles: Eggy Bread Cheese Sarnie

A little bit of naughtiness for Friday lunchtime for you.

Make a cheese sarnie (I used a cheddar + mozzarella grated mix that I bought for pizza in the week)

Beat up an egg with lots of black pepper.

Heat up a little olive oil in a frying pan.

Dip the sarnie in the egg and pop into the hot frying pan.

Cook on both sides and serve with a blob of brown sauce.  (Or with salad if you want to even out the naughtiness)

Just look at the ooziness of that cheese, go on, you want one don't you?
