HAT TASSLE:
Cut 3 pieces of each of the blue yarns - 5" (12cm) long.  Pop your hook through the top of the hat and pull all the yarns through together half way down the cut length.   Pull through a loop and pass all the ends through it, pull tight so they sit neatly on top of the hat.   Trim to whatever length you wish.

HANGING CHAIN:
CH 26 and break off yarn, leaving a long enough tail to sew with.

ASSEMBLY:
Sew the nose to the centre of the ball, then position and sew on the eyes.
Place the hat on and tack it all the way around.
Finally add the hanging chain to the top of the hat, behind the tassel.
