This dish is a firm family favourite and so easily adapted to fit in with fussy taste buds.
You will need:
- Protein (Quorn / Chicken)
- Spinach
- Drop of Olive Oil
- Soft Cheese
- Tomato Pasta Sauce
- Garlic Baguettes
- Grated Mozerella (or cheddar in you prefer)
- Chopped Garlic
- Dried Oregano
What you do:
Heat up the oil and fry your Quorn/Chicken until cooked, with oregano and garlic.
When cooked and generous handfuls of washed spinach, heat to wilt.
Add a good blob of soft cheese.
and stir until creamy.
Add a couple of tablespoons of tomato pasta sauce (this one is just 39p in Morrisons) Or even tinned chopped tomatoes for a chunkier texture.
Stir until mixed well.
Pop into an overproof dish.
Here you will see some variations. The round one is the recipe above. The middle one is chicken but with just tomato sauce and no soft cheese. The end one is chicken with just soft cheese and no tomato - as I said, adaptable.
Chop up the garlic baguette and arrange on the top of the mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and dried oregano.
bag at Gas 6 for about 20 mins until nice and brown.
Eat!
Gone.
