Hey, welcome back to Crochet Along. This is the second Mandala part, both parts will join to make a funky cushion cover. Or you can use them separate as table decorations etc...
This is the stage you should be at now for the second round. If you would like to join us, scroll down to the bottom of this post for the previous links.
We will be working in UK crochet terms throughout.
And let's begin..... add a new colour to the start of a colour block and chain 10.
Slip stitch to join into the beginning stitch of the next colour block.
Repeat all the way round and slip stitch to join. Break off yarn.
Rejoin your yarn to the centre space inbetwen colour blocks and chain 10.
Slip stitch into the centre space of the next colour block and repeat all the way round.
Slip stitch to join and break off yarn.
Add a new colour to any back loop and chain 3.
Make 2 Treble crochets into the same loop.
Hopping to the next FRONT loop make 3 Treble crochets.
Now back to the next BACK loop, 3 Trebles, front loop, 3 Trebles, and so on...
Slip stitch to join.
Add a new colour into any of the spaces inbetween 3 Trebles.
*** Chain 10.
Slip stitch back into the SAME space.
Chain 3 and Slip Stitch into the next stitch, repeat again and again, slip stitching into the next space between Trebles.
Repeat from *** all the way round and slip stitch to join. Break off yarn.
